Online Returns Policy
Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. If a product is defective, it will be exchanged for a new product at no additional charge. Notification of damaged/faulty items must be received in writing.
Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Returns must include a copy of our delivery packing slip and be received by Lytchett Living within 14 days of return notification. Products received after this period may not be eligible for return. Refund/Exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product. Return shipping charges will not be refunded.
